The overall cost of the legal work includes legal fees (analysis of the file, drafting of legal documents, court hearing, etc.), administrative costs (opening of the file, telephone/fax, etc.) and disbursements (court costs, transport costs, translation costs, etc.). The legal fee can be determined either on the basis of an hourly rate or a flat rate, which is established during the first meeting with the client. During the handling of the file, installment payments are usually requested. A detailed invoice of services is send at the end.
The legal fees and administrative costs are exclusive of VAT (21%).
